History

Misk Bud LLC was founded in 1995.

During this time, the company has gone through a thorny path from its origins to a highly organized construction company that has built more than a dozen buildings. Despite the fact that the construction industry experienced the deepest systemic crisis in the early 90s of the last century, the company developed rapidly.

The great desire to make first the hometown, and then the whole country more beautiful, helped the company's team to gain experience and professional knowledge, and then to achieve real results.

History

In 1998 for the first time in Donbas, our company used a modern facing aluminum profile — "LUXALON" — in the cladding of the front building of "IKAR-BANK".

The business card of "City Construction" LLC has become the work performed using the "LUXALON" technology: during the reconstruction of the "Olimpiyskiy" RSC, the Planetarium, and the Head Office of Kyivstar in Donetsk.

In 2010, the company, using its own funds, developed a thermal modernization project for the building of secondary school No. 102 in Donetsk

The project won the all-Ukrainian competition and was implemented in 2013. Insulation of the roof, facades, foundations, replacement of windows and complete replacement of the heating system with the installation of a heat pump made it possible to reduce the consumption of energy resources by 55%. Later, facade works were performed using the same technology on the administrative buildings of "Ukrtelecom", the Ukrainian joint-stock insurance company "ASKA", the sports complex "Kirovets" and the reconstruction of the facades of some residential buildings in the city of Donetsk.

Already in 2015, the limited liability company "Misk Bud" took a big step and moved to the city of Kyiv, keeping the main specialists and the material and technical base.

In January 2017 As the main contractor, the City Construction company started the capital construction of 3 multi-story buildings in the residential complex "Ozerniy Gai Gatne", the customer of which was the "Intergal-Bud" company.

Starting from 2019, the limited liability company "Misk Bud" opens a new direction for itself, performing work on objects announced as part of the Emergency Credit Program for the Reconstruction of Ukraine (with changes) dated November 25, 2015 No. 1068, sponsored by the European Investment Bank (EIB).

MISK BUD, in cooperation with UNICEF, overhauled 4 shelters in 3 educational institutions.

The reconstruction of the old building of school #1 for the art school in the city of Myrhorod, Poltava region, has been completed.

Damaged windows were replaced and current repairs were made in more than 300 households in the Kyiv region.

We are renovating two 9-story buildings damaged as a result of military aggression in the Kyiv region.

We cooperate with the Energy Efficiency Fund under the program "Renew the House"
